We run what we build
The people who wrote the software are the people who answer when something breaks on your busiest day. Nothing is handed to a support desk that has never seen the code.
We ship it before we sell it
Everything we offer is running somewhere real before it appears on this page. Software that has never survived a live deadline is not finished, whatever the demo shows.
Weeks, not semesters
New work goes live in small pieces you can see, not one big release at the end of the year. If something is wrong you find out in week two, while it is still cheap to change.

Ask us directlyYes, and we do the moving. Send us your spreadsheets and your learners, staff, guardians, grade structure and timetable come across ready to use — nobody on your staff loses a weekend to retyping them. For anything beyond that, marks from a previous system included, we ask to see a sample of your real data first, so that what we promise in a meeting is what you actually have on the first day of term.
You do. Alviyora School Management is licensed rather than sold, but the data you put into it is yours and does not become ours by sitting on our servers: ask us and we will extract it for you in a standard format, whether you are staying or leaving.
That depends on the work, and we would rather tell you properly than guess at it here. What we will commit to is the shape: you get a timeline in writing once the project is scoped, the work goes live in pieces as they are finished rather than all at the end, and if a date is going to slip you hear it from us early rather than on the day.
No. That is where we started, and it is where most of our work has been, so it is what we know best. The underlying work — a web application, an API, a database, a website that is fast on a bad connection — is not specific to a school. If you have outgrown a spreadsheet, the conversation is worth having.
No. Everything we do happens online — building, onboarding, training and support — and it works the same way for an organisation down the road from us as it does in Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, Pretoria or Polokwane. Distance was never what decided whether a project went well. Understanding the work was: for a school, that means knowing how its terms, its phases and its reporting actually run.
